Zippy Bright is the laundry arm of Cumbria Bright — founded by Carl and Michelle McGlasson, and still run by them. That matters, because laundry is a trust business too: you're handing over your bedding, your work shirts, your guests' first impression.

The launderette was born out of necessity. More than 1,000 holiday-let turnovers across the Lake District taught us that changeovers live or die on linen — so we built a laundry that could hit hotel standard, every time, on a schedule that never slips. Then we opened it to everyone.

Today the same machines, the same checks and the same people that keep holiday lets five-star also wash, dry and fold for households across West Cumbria — collected from your door on your town's round day.
